這是我住過最差的萬豪，第一天入住居然是地下室的房間，有一個象徵性的窗戶，外面是地下室的墻！明顯忽悠人，訂房的時候完全沒有提示，第二次入住等到下午三點多才有房間，號稱給安排最好的四樓！其實只有一個袖珍小窗戶，但是，很怪異的是三樓的房檐伸出2米，并且上翹，幾乎擋住四樓窗戶，四樓客人什麼也看不見！這麼奇葩的酒店讓人無話可説，住過的人絕對不會再來

服務太好了，所以不得不點評。免費升級了客房到有窗戶的房間，因為離店太早所以早餐提供了打包服務，有免費的雞尾酒課程還有參觀酒店內部古蹟。房間提供供氧系統所以沒有高反

地理位置優越，建筑也很有特色，非常不錯的入住體驗，值得推薦！特別是酒店的一些細節和可以參加的有趣的活動，很不錯??

Great hotel to be, nearby the square and many eatery place, breakfast is good and service is excellent too!

Best hotel in Cusco! We also stayed at the Palacio del Inka but preferred JW Marriott El Convento. They have an amazing breakfast every day, room service was super tasty and spa facilities are fantastic. Location is super central.

Location is very convenient and there supply the oxygen quite good that can be release any sickness.

Excellent service, staff goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible. I had altitude sickness and they kept checking in on me, whenever you call the hotel for oxygen they show up within minutes to assist you with getting more oxygen and whatever you need. Location is superb. I would definitely stay at this hotel again when I come to Cusco next time!
